Dr. Chih Yuan Huang is currently the Professor of Department of Electronic Engineering at the Kao Yuan University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
He received his MS, Ph.D. of Electrical Engineering both from the State University of New York. He also earned a MA degree in Industrial Education from the Northeast Missouri University (now is renamed as the Truman State University), Kirksville, Missouri. He has served as a professor, department head, computer center director, academic dean, chief secretary, and vice-president for over 30 years at National Kaohsiung Marine University, Fortune Institute of Technology, and National Tainan University. His work has focused on semiconductor technology in integrated circuit (IC) design, fabrication and packaging, and he currently works in international cooperation. |
